1. What kind of plastic material can be used on this machine?
PP, PE, PS, ABS and other general material could be used on this machine.
If you have other special material such as PC, PMMA, PVC, please contact us for further information.

2. What is guarantee time for this machine?
12 months after installation or 18 months again B/L date.

3. What kind of shipping container for this machine?
Containere choose will depends on the different machine size .

20HQ,40HQ,40GP will suitable for different size machine.

4. How much is Engineer service charge?
We can send experienced technician to customer's country for guiding the installation and commission the machine, also train the customer's employee. Customer need to afford technician visa charge, round trip air ticket expense, accommodation and transportation in local. Also customer needs to pay USD 80 per days to technician as salary.

5. How long will be for installation and commission this machine?
If customer prepare all necessary thing such as power supply, water supply, hydraulic oil, plastic material, plastic mold,
installation and commission period will be within 7days including training customer's employee.

6. How many workers are needed to operate this machine?
One worker only.

7. What is the power consumption for this machine?
